The Teatro de la Maestranza is not responsible for tickets bought via any other outlet or third party. On purchasing your ticket, ensure the information is correct. Once the tickets have been acquired, no changes or returns are permitted.

The Teatro de la Maestranza y Salas del Arenal S.A., reserves the right to change or modify performance dates and times or the artists originally scheduled in those situations beyond its control and when the conditions require changes.

Depending on the stage production, the Teatro de la Maestranza reserves the right to make use of certain spaces, in which case alternative seats to those specified on the ticket will be provided, depending on availability.

For those subscribers who wish to change their Opera or Dance ticket for another date of the same show, please contact the Box Office (Tel.: 954 22 65 73 / taquilla@teatrodelamaestranza.es).

Out of respect to the artists and the audience, we ask for strict punctuality.

Latecomers will not be admitted to the Theatre once the show has begun unless there is an intermission.

The Teatro de la Maestranza reserves the right to refuse admission to the Theatre.

Young people under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. The shows at the Maestranza are not recommended for children under the age of 6 except for performances specifically intended for them.

The use of cameras and recording equipment is strictly forbidden. The use of cell phones for the entire duration of the show is not permitted.

It is not permitted to bring food or drinks into the auditorium.

Services

Various booths in different parts of the Theatre have been set up to dispense food and drink before the show and during intermission.

There are various cafeterias for the audience in the Teatro de la Maestranza: one at the lower level, two in Terraza area (first floor) and two in the Paraíso area (top level). Food and drinks are available before the show and during the intermissions.

This is where you can find objects and gift ideas related to music in general, opera or the Theatre. Located in the foyer, it is open on all show days. Do come in and browse our well-assorted selection.

Música y Ópera tras el telón (Music and Opera Behind the Curtain) is a tour of the Theatre, a behind the scene experience that the audience does not see. Information and Schedule.

 

The Theatre has a defibrillator in the event of cardio respiratory arrest.

Ramp access from the street level to the theatre vestibule and accessible restrooms for people with reduced mobility. There are reserved wheelchair spaces in the Terraza area (first floor) of the theatre.

For the hard of hearing, there is an induction loop for audience members with hearing aids or implants.
